The restaurant is now owned and run by award winning husband and wife team, Colin and Lynne Farries Selelcted fine teas and coffees are complimented by fresh baking, which is prepared daily on the premises to traditional recipes. A tempting selection of cakes, scones and traybakes is always available together with dietary specific items e.g. gluten-free. Platters of fresh and smoked salmon, home cooked meats and Chef's Specials are all made from the finest Scottish produce, with an emphasis on local sourcing wherever possible.
